Phillip Worsely

Phil has been around in his career, with significant experience in Retail, Services, Commercial, Operations, IT and project management. He started with Lumino in 2020 and some 2 months later was quickly learning about dentistry whilst leading Lumino through the COVID pandemic.

Phil is a chartered accountant by training but has been focused on Retail and Operations for most of his career. He spent 16 years in Telco including a start-up in the Middle East where he has had Finance and Operations roles spanning Contact centres, Stores and Digital. He has worked in consulting and managed large IT projects and business improvement projects, in manufacturing in the UK and studied whilst working in a CA firm.

What Phil loves about his current role is the diversity and passion of the people and the fact that it really is about helping people have better health outcomes.
