Bernardita Figueroa Calmels

Bernardita Figueroa Calmels is a Partner at Monitor Deloitte since August 2025 and has been serving as a Board Director at ABASTIBLE S.A. since May 2020. As an Associate Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since July 2010, Bernardita teaches courses in Customer Experience Design and Management, and oversees several undergraduate and graduate courses related to design and business strategy. Additionally, Bernardita has held leadership positions including Associate Academic Director and Associate Director of Projects at the School of Design and CIDI respectively. Previously, Bernardita was the CEO and Partner at BBK Group from January 2017 to July 2025 and has served on several advisory boards, including the Advisory Board at Buin Zoo and as a Board Advisor for Chile Diseño. Bernardita holds an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has completed various executive education courses at prestigious institutions.
