Nils Giesen

Nils Giesen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability consulting, digital communication, and academia. Currently serving as the Sustainability Consulting Lead at abat, Nils manages the sustainability consulting business unit while adeptly advising clients on sustainable solutions and business optimization. As a Climate Reality Leader with The Climate Reality Project, Nils actively engages in climate activism and education. An independent lecturer at IBS IT & Business School Oldenburg, Nils develops and teaches curricula in E-Business and E-Commerce. Additional roles include content creation and digital strategy as Mastermind at IT Guerilla, academic project management at Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, and IT consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises at NG Dev.
