Elnur Novruzov

Elnur Novruzov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as the Corporate & SME Tribe Lead and Deputy Director at the SME Department at ABB since November 2019, Novruzov has held various leadership roles, including Head of Product Development and Partnership Affairs Division within the same organization. Prior to ABB, Novruzov contributed to the Baku School of Business and Economics as a Banking & Finance Instructor and held significant positions at Bank VTB (Azerbaijan), where responsibilities included Head of Corporate & SME Sales Direction and Head of Business Deals Structuring Direction. Additional experience encompasses teaching at the Financial Market Supervisory Authority and roles at Rabitabank OJSC, Parabank OJSC, and AccessBank Azerbaijan. Academic qualifications include a Mini Executive MBA from Koç University and an MBA in International Finance from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
