Elvin Mammadov has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Director of the Non-performing Loans Department at The International Bank of Azerbaijan since March 2017. Prior to this role, Mammadov held the position of Branch Manager at Unibank from August 2012 to March 2017 and served as the Divisional Head of the Bad Loans Department and Senior Specialist at Bank of Baku OJSC between May 2006 and August 2012. Mammadov earned a degree from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) from 2000 to 2004.
