Nabi Aliyev

Nabi Aliyev, PhD, EMBA, is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer at ABB since May 2016, and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at The International Bank of Azerbaijan-Moscow LLC since March 2019. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Off-site Supervision Division and leading the Banking Supervision Department. Nabi Aliyev's academic credentials include an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, along with a PhD and a Master's degree in International Economics from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
