Rafiz Ismayilov

Rafiz Ismayilov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and procurement sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement Division at Azerbaijan Investment Company (AIC) since November 2020, Rafiz also holds a significant role at the International Bank of Azerbaijan, where responsibilities include leading the Head Office and overseeing product development in the Islamic Banking department since October 2012. Rafiz's educational background includes studies at Azerbaijan State Economic University and The Azerbaijan International University, complemented by qualifications from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
