Roza Naghiyeva

Roza Naghiyeva, MBA, is currently a Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Specialist at ABB, a position held since January 2022, following roles as a Junior Specialist and a Junior Specialist in Labor Relations Regulation. Prior to ABB, Roza served as a Human Resources Assistant at the State Committee on Property Issues and worked as a Freelance Editor and English Teacher. Roza is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management at Azerbaijan State University of Economics and holds two Master's degrees from Baku State University in International Relations and American Studies. Additionally, Roza completed training at Migration School in 2021.
