Samir Babashov

Samir Babashov is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Deputy Director of the IT Infrastructure Department at ABB since October 2019, where also holds the titles of Information Technology Infrastructure Architect and IT Manager of Transformation Office. Prior to this role, Samir held various leadership positions including Deputy Director of the Information Technology Department at AFB Bank OJSC from March 2017 to October 2019, and Head of Information Technology Department at both Prosys and BakiKart from March 2015 to March 2017 and March 2015 to October 2016, respectively. Samir's earlier experience includes a tenure as a System and Network Administrator at AFBBANK from November 2009 to March 2015 and served as a Network Administration trainer at a Training Center from January 2011 to January 2013. Samir obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Qafqaz Universiteti between 2006 and 2009.
