Tural Dursunov

Tural Dursunov currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ABB, where responsibilities include liaising between over 300 employees and management, providing HR consultation, managing complex employee relations issues, and overseeing workforce planning and training initiatives. Prior to this role, Tural accumulated extensive experience at Unibank, holding various positions including Senior Specialist and Leading Specialist in the Internal Control Department, as well as Leading Internal Auditor and Operations Supervisor. Tural holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Koç University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
