Dusan Nikhazy began their work experience in 2016 as a Junior Auditor at PwC Slovakia. Dusan then joined NATEK in 2017 as a Manager of Implementation Projects. In the same year, they also started working at ABB Solutions Slovakia as a SQL Developer. At ABB Solutions Slovakia, they later became a Department Manager from 2018 to 2019, followed by two stints as Director General, first from 2019 to 2020 and then from 2020 until present.
Dusan Nikhazy attended the Technical University of Košice from 2011 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Ekonomie a finance. Dusan successfully completed their studies and earned the degree of Inženýr (Ing.).
