Miroslava Petovska

Miroslava Petovska has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Miroslava began their career in 2011 as an ICT operator at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia. Miroslava then progressed to become an internal trainer and problem manager, where they were responsible for managing problem tickets, improving processes, and training newcomers. From 2019 to 2022, Miroslava served as the Head of Team Infrastructure Solutions 02 and later as the Acting Head of the department Service Management. Miroslava'sresponsibilities included leading a team, implementing Agile methodologies, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the department's services. In 2022, they joined ABB Solutions Slovakia as a Project Manager.

Miroslava Petovska obtained a Bachelor's degree in Quality of production from the Technical University of Košice. Miroslava attended this institution from 2011 to 2014.
