Alberto Iacop

Alberto Iacop is the CIO of the Smart Power Division within the Electrification Business at ABB S.P.A. and oversees the company's operations in Italy. With extensive IS experience spanning several roles in different countries, Alberto has demonstrated strong leadership and a multicultural awareness throughout their career. They have previously held various positions at ABB, including Group IS Network Manager and Chief Information Officer, where they led significant transformations in IT infrastructure and services across Europe. Alberto's early career included roles as a Senior Consultant and Project Planner, providing a solid foundation in networking and project management. They hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Istituto Tecnico Industriale Arturo Malignani.
