Baver Sağlam is an undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering with a focus on the Controls Engineering Programme at Istanbul Technical University, expected to graduate in 2027. Baver has gained diverse experience as a Co-Founder of pilibitik, a digital publishing venture initiated by high school students, and as a member of the electronics team at ITU RAKE - AKYAPAK, where contributions included applying UART Communication protocols and mathematical modeling. Additional roles include serving as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Soft Sensors Lab, where the focus was on real-time data for textile-based capacitive soft strain sensors using Python and the Atoti platform, and currently working as an Early Talent Trainee at ABB. Baver also held a student assistant position at İTÜ Bilgi İşlem Daire Başkanlığı from November 2024 to May 2025.
