Dean Russell is currently the Head of Operations at Accelleron, overseeing operations in the UK and Ireland, and has held the same title for marine operations at ABB since 2002. Prior to this, Dean served in the Royal Navy as a Back Aftie from 1985 to 2001, working on nuclear submarines such as HMS Turbulent and HMS Triumph.
