Marco Guarino

Marco Guarino is a seasoned professional in offshore installation and marine operations, currently serving as the Head of Offshore Installation and Marine Operations Department at Eni since June 2019. With experience as a Development Project Manager for regions including Indonesia, Malaysia, and Kenya, Marco has led significant projects focused on natural gas, circular economy, and renewable energy to facilitate the energy transition. Previous roles include Mozambique Development Project Manager, where strategic initiatives for natural gas production were developed, and Deputy General Manager for the Bar Essalam Ph2 Project at Mellitah Oil and Gas B.V. With a strong engineering background, Marco also held various positions at Eni and PETROBEL, overseeing multi-million dollar projects worldwide. Marco Guarino holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Università di Pisa.
