Dr. Oliver Baier

Dr. Oliver Baier is currently the Head of Pole Parts Development at ABB, where they leverage extensive experience in engineering and project management. They previously held roles as a Project Manager Industrialization and R&D Engineer at ABB, and also served as a Scientific Associate and Student Assistant at the University of Duisburg-Essen’s Institute for Product Engineering, Manufacturing Technology. Dr. Baier earned a Dipl.-Ing. and a Dr.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from Universität Duisburg-Essen, completing their education in 2016.
