Jamie Rich

Jamie Rich possesses extensive experience in executive search and talent acquisition, with a career spanning over a decade. From January 2011 to August 2025, Jamie served as a Global Executive Search Partner at ABB, focusing on remote engagements. Prior to this role, Jamie held positions at Johnson & Johnson as a Global Executive Diversity Specialist and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner from July 2019 to July 2021, and at Ingersoll Rand as a Talent Acquisition specialist from January 2014 to January 2019. Jamie also worked briefly at LexisNexis/Bergelectric as a Senior Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager in January 2013. Jamie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
