Manu Puthumana

Manu Puthumana is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security strategy and governance. Currently serving as Vice President and head of Information Security Strategy & Governance at ABB since August 2024, Manu previously held the role of Vice President for Cyber Defense Services at Mphasis from September 2019 to July 2024. Manu's earlier positions include Cybersecurity Practice Leader and Senior Advisor at a yet undisclosed company, Manager of Security Managed Services and Security Operations at DXC Technology, and Manager of Cybersecurity Managed Services at CSC, where responsibilities encompassed managed security services, business continuity, and disaster recovery across diverse global clients. Early career experience includes roles at Paladion Networks and HCL Infosystems Ltd. Manu holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology and completed the Berkeley Executive Program in Management at the University of California, Berkeley.
