Mike Mustapha

Mike Mustapha serves as the President of the Smart Buildings Division at ABB since August 2011, with full accountability for the performance of the global Smart Buildings business and a portfolio of market-leading home and building automation solutions. Previously, Mike Mustapha held roles as Group Executive Vice President, overseeing a global organization of over 12,000 employees and $13 billion in revenue, and as Global Managing Director for Building Products, leading a team of 9,000 employees. Prior to ABB, Mike Mustapha was Managing Director of Roots Steel at Roots Group Arabia, where significant business growth was achieved, and spent nearly two decades at Atlas Copco in various roles, culminating in the position of Managing Director. Mike Mustapha holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.
