Natalia Shehadeh

Natalia Shehadeh serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Integrity Officer at ABB, a position held since July 2020, and also holds the role of Interim General Counsel and Company Secretary. Prior to ABB, Natalia worked at TechnipFMC from April 2018 to July 2020 as the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. The extensive legal and compliance career includes various leadership roles at Weatherford from August 2009 to April 2018, encompassing positions such as Vice President & Chief Assurance Officer and Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Counsel - Trade Compliance at Shell, Of Counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and various associate roles at multiple law firms, beginning with a law clerk position at the U.S. House of Representatives. Natalia Shehadeh earned a law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston between 1996 and 1999.
