Pooria Nazem Jalali

Pooria Nazem Jalali is a technology lead in product development at ABB since September 2025, with previous experience as a process developer at Höganäs AB and as a research engineer at Swerim AB and Swerea MEFOS. Expertise includes numerical and physical modeling of continuous casting, supported by contributions as a guest researcher at Yonsei University, where CFD calculations were performed. Pooria began a career in engineering as a production engineer at Ferro Gilan Complex Company and holds a Master of Science in Materials Engineering and Process Design from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Metallurgy from Azad University.
