Pratik Shah

Pratik Shah is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and operations. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager in HR Talent Management at ABB since June 2023, Pratik has also held the position of Human Resources Team Lead at State Street since August 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the onboarding process for new hires and providing people management. Prior roles include Senior HR Operations Specialist and Team Leader at Allegis Group, and HR Operations at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre.
