Robert Lockley

Robert Lockley is an experienced benefits strategist currently serving as Head of Benefits at ABB since July 2021, where responsibilities include developing global and local benefits strategies for a workforce of 110,000 employees across over 100 countries. Previously, Robert held key roles such as Multinational Client Segment Leader for the Nordics at Mercer and Global Head of Benefits at Rio Tinto, overseeing employee benefits for 50,000 employees in 35 countries. Earlier career experience includes managing pension schemes at Anglo American plc, providing international consulting at Mercer, and advising on pension and benefit issues at Towers Perrin.
