Uwe Brauer

Uwe Brauer is currently the Head of Projektmanagement Retrofit Service at ABB, a position held since 2020. Previously, they served as a Projektleiter Service Retrofit and Technischer Projektleiter at ABB, where they oversaw various projects, including the planning and construction of a backup power system at the Beznau nuclear power plant. They also worked as an Electrical Systems Engineer and Lead Engineer at Alstom Power from 2006 to 2008, managing international projects and teams. Uwe is pursuing a Diplom-Ingenieur in Electrical and Information Engineering with a focus on energy technology from Technische Fachhochschule 'Georg Agricola' Bochum and is a certified Elektroinstallateur.
