Abbie Gingell is an accomplished technical theatre professional with extensive experience in automation and stage management. Currently serving as Deputy Technical Director for ABBA Voyage since July 2023, Abbie's recent roles include Head of Automation for The Old Vic's production of GROUNDHOG DAY and Senior Stage and Automation Technician at the National Theatre. Abbie has worked on a variety of notable productions, including THE OCEAN AT THE END OF THE LANE and ALADDIN, showcasing expertise in motion control and automation systems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Stage Management and Technical Theatre from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama.
