David Dupont

David Dupont is an experienced mortgage lender and principal owner with a strong background in real estate investment and mortgage consulting. Since June 2019, David has served as a mortgage lender at Anderson Brothers Bank, following a decade of experience as a mortgage consultant at South State Bank from March 2009 to May 2019. David also leads DRD Holdings, L.L.C., a real estate investment company focused on bank-owned properties, land development, and single-family home building, alongside managing Grand Strand Investments LLC since January 2012. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University, obtained from 1996 to 1999.
