Paul Bozward

Paul Bozward has extensive work experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Paul started their career in 2000 as a Site Operations Controller at Exel logistics - supply chain and later served as a Site Operations Manager at DHL Supply Chain. In 2005, they became the Northern Operations Controller at DHL Supply Chain and then went on to become a Regional Operations Manager for British Gas in the utilities sector.

In 2015, Paul joined Arrow XL as a Senior Transport Manager, where they led operational resources and focused on cost control and customer satisfaction. Paul then moved to DHL Supply Chain in 2017 as a Senior Transport Manager for Marks & Spencer, overseeing site KPIs and optimizing operational resources.

Paul's most recent role was at Abbey Logistics Group, where they held the positions of Liquids North West Operations Manager and Head of Compliance. In these roles, they were responsible for the smooth running of the largest Liquids depot in the company, ensuring compliance with operational requirements, health and safety standards, and legal regulations. Paul also managed the P&L and KPI information for the region and had overall responsibility for a large team and fleet across multiple countries.

Throughout their career, Paul has consistently demonstrated a focus on cost control, operational efficiency, health and safety, and customer satisfaction in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Paul Bozward attended Rainford High School from 1983 to 1988.
