Currently serving as Group Head of Developmental Organizations & Partnerships and Group Head of Non-Profit Organizations at Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc, Olubukola Ewedairo focuses on enhancing financial inclusion through collaborations with non-profit organizations and donor agencies. Previous roles include leading significant rebranding initiatives and managing comprehensive people and culture transformations within the same organization. With experience in business development, stakeholder management, and quality control across various companies, including First City Monument Bank Plc and Great Place To Work Nigeria, Olubukola has developed a strong skill set in strategic planning and operational excellence.
