Tom Bordner

Tom Bordner has a strong background in business development and construction expertise. Tom has held various roles in different companies over the years, including Business Development Director at J.R. Abbott Construction Inc. since 2014. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Business Development at Kirtley Cole Associates from 2010 to 2014. Tom also played a key role as Co-Chair of the Membership Committee at NAIOP from 2009 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions in business development at Unimark Construction Group and Sellen Construction. Tom's extensive career in the construction industry started in 1978 when they founded and served as the President & Owner of TOBB Construction Company until 2002.

From 1971 to 1976, Tom Bordner attended Washington State University. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
