Mike Vorobev

Mike Vorobev has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles, primarily in commercial growth, business development, and strategic marketing. Recently, they worked as the Director of Commercial Growth at Nichiha USA, where they led key growth initiatives and market development for Architectural Wall Panels products. Prior to this, Mike worked at Owens Corning, where they held roles such as Business Development Leader, Program Leader New Ventures/Strategic Marketing, Global Product Leader/Strategic Marketing, Market Intelligence & Business Insights Leader/Strategic Marketing, and Sales Leader. Mike also has experience working at Saint-Gobain as a Commercial Director, at Roca Sanitario, S.A. as a Sales Director, and at Villeroy & Boch Gustavsberg AB as a Sales & Marketing Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated a track record of driving growth, leading successful start-up initiatives, developing and executing business strategies, and building and managing high-performing teams.

Mike Vorobev holds a Master's degree in Innovation and Business Management from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), as well as a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tambov State University. Mike also attained an MBA in Marketing from Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS (Institute).
