Scott Prochnow

Scott Prochnow is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Operations Manager at ALEC since June 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing various operational processes such as Wires, ACH, and document processing. Notable achievements include transforming the Mobile Deposit Review process to an automated system, resulting in a significant reduction in manual reviews. Previously, as Branch Manager at ALEC, Scott successfully led a team of 12 across three service centers to meet all production goals and managed an automation project for checking account number issuance. Prior experience includes serving as Commercial Lease Administrator at AIC Ventures, where lease administration of a $400 million portfolio was supported, and as Director of Training and Development and Director of Operations at Baxter Credit Union, where training strategies were developed and operational support systems were implemented. Scott Prochnow holds a Business Management degree from DePaul University.
