Sam Mendes

Sam Mendes is the Director and Founder of HyperGrowth Recruitment, established in October 2020, which specializes in helping high-growth ecommerce brands to enhance their talent attraction strategies. Mendes currently serves as the Talent Director for Abbott Lyon and previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Partner at Swytch Bike, where management of key hires and recruitment strategies was essential for the company’s significant growth plans in the E-bike sector. Previous roles include Lead Recruiter at Ruroc, where innovative recruitment models were implemented, and Recruitment Consultant at Pertemps Network Group, focusing on permanent vacancies in hyper-growth tech and ecommerce sectors. Early in the career, Mendes was a football player for Cheltenham Town Football Club, achieving distinction as Man of the Match on a debut appearance. Education includes a BTEC Extended Diploma in Sports Studies from Hartpury College.
