Amy Whitcomb Price, CPA, MST, is a Tax Director in ASL’s Real Estate Group, assisting her clients with their individual and business taxation needs, including compliance, planning, and consulting services. She has over 16 years of public accounting experience. She has extensive experience working with partnership entities in the following industries: real estate, private equity, and venture capital. In addition, she has experience dealing with complex partnership issues which include structuring, acquisition and sale transactions, special allocations, ownership changes, and basis computations.
