Caroline Richardson

Caroline Richardson is an analytical and results-oriented engineering management professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Sciences in Biochemistry at Lafayette College. With significant experience in medical device operations, Caroline has held various roles at Abbott, most recently as Business Excellence Director, where they managed global initiatives for gross margin and integrated business planning. Previously, Caroline contributed to the development and validation of medical device systems, leading teams in new product introduction and supplier engineering.
