Chris Edwards

Chris Edwards possesses extensive experience in research and development within the medical device industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Clinical Affairs at Abbott Point of Care since January 1998. With a solid background in project management, Chris has also led design transfer initiatives and managed significant product changes for blood testing cartridges. Prior roles include engineering positions at i-Stat Canada, where responsibilities encompassed developing custom automation equipment and analysis software, as well as owning Whetstone Technologies, providing specialized consulting and system integration services. Chris's early career included roles in process engineering and development at various technology firms, complemented by a BSc in Materials Science from Bath Spa University.
