Desmond Lee has extensive experience in engineering and operations management across various industries. Beginning their career as a Process Engineer at Toyo Ink Pan Pacific and then advancing to roles at Nestle, Desmond served as both a Plant Engineer and Maintenance Engineer. They later took on positions at The Coca-Cola Company as Region Technical Operation Manager and have been the TPM Business Manager for APAC at Abbott since 2017. Desmond holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Bioprocess Engineering from the University of Technology Malaysia.
