Diane Johnson-Seaton

Diane Johnson-Seaton is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Abbott Medical Optics. With over 20 years of leadership experience, they have driven significant process improvements across various roles within Abbott, including positions as QA RA Director and Director of QA RA Validation. Diane's earlier career includes roles as a Research Specialist at the University of Illinois Medical Center and various engineering and production positions within Abbott Laboratories. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Howard University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
