Dr. Naveen Soni is the Head of Dairy Development and Sustainability at Abbott and has previously served as a Lead in Dairy Sustainability at Nestlé. A veterinarian by profession, Dr. Soni holds a Master’s degree in Veterinary Sciences focused on Livestock Products Technology and has extensive experience in sustainable dairy practices, responsible milk procurement, and rural development initiatives. They are certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and have contributed to various projects around carbon emissions, quality control, and animal welfare in the dairy sector. Dr. Soni has also worked in academia, training future para-veterinary professionals.
