Erik Thompson

Erik Thompson has extensive experience in finance and accounting, primarily within Abbott, where employment began in November 2007. As the Controller for Abbott Nutrition at the Sturgis Plant and previously for the Established Products Division in Indonesia, Erik led finance functions encompassing FP&A, Supply Chain, and Commercial Excellence. Additional roles included FP&A Manager for Abbott Nutrition International, overseeing a $4 billion budgeting process across multiple regions, and Demand Manager for Abbott Diabetes Care in UK & Ireland, managing the monthly S&OP process. Earlier experience included positions as a Sr. Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst in US Commercial Operations for Abbott Diabetes Care, as well as an Accountant at London & Co., providing audit and advisory services. Erik Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
