Francesca Abinti graduated with a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and completed a Bachelor’s thesis at Politecnico di Milano, focusing on the mechanical response of cardiovascular nitinol stents. They conducted a master thesis project in collaboration with Utrecht University, exploring Melt Electrowriting technology for meniscal tissue engineering. Currently, Francesca serves as an FTE Coordinator for CRM North Italy at Abbott, previously holding positions as a Senior Field Technical Engineer and Education Specialist in the Cardiac Rhythm Management Division. Francesca is passionate about biomechanics, medical devices, and management, continually seeking new challenges in the healthcare sector.
