Frank Verouden

Frank Verouden is currently the Plant Quality Director at Abbott Laboratories, where they manage the quality department and systems for the Zwolle plant. With extensive experience in the regulated process industry, including roles at Mead Johnson Nutrition and FrieslandCampina, Frank has a proven track record of improving quality and motivating teams. They also served as Vice Chairman and Treasurer for the VNFKD Dutch Industry Group from 2019 to 2023. Frank's career spans various leadership positions, including Interim Director Operations at PharmaCell and Lead Auditor for DNV Certification, showcasing their diverse skill set in quality management and operational efficiency. They hold an MSc in Biology from Radboud University and have completed several management training programs, emphasizing their commitment to continuous improvement.
