Jim Donlin

Jim Donlin has extensive experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, having worked at General Motors since February 1999. Throughout this tenure, Jim has held various leadership roles, including Plant Quality Director, Manufacturing Engineering Director, and Assembly Operations Manager, with responsibilities encompassing a large manufacturing facility of 3.9 million square feet and managing teams of up to 1,300 personnel. Significant achievements include leading the Quality Launch Team for the Chevrolet Volt and implementing quality initiatives across multiple plants. Prior to General Motors, Jim served as an Operational Manager at E & L Transport and worked as a Deputy Sheriff for Palm Beach County. Jim holds an MBA from Northwood University and a certification as a Deputy Sheriff from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
