Ismail Kapudere

Ismail Kapudere is a results-driven senior program leader currently serving as a Program Manager III at Abbott, where they lead geo-expansion projects for the FreeStyle Libre 2 wearable system. Previously, Ismail worked as a Senior Project Manager at Omron Automation, managing complex robotics projects and overseeing various phases of product development. They began their career at Caterpillar Inc., holding multiple positions, including Project Manager - Six Sigma Black Belt, where they utilized Six Sigma methodologies to drive financial benefits and improve manufacturing processes. Ismail has an MBA from Kingston University and is pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Middle East Technical University.
