Melissa Mick

Melissa Mick is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in higher education and community engagement. Currently serving as Program Manager III for the ASPIRE Nurse Scholars Program at Cleveland Clinic since May 2022, Melissa focuses on creating pathways for underrepresented students to explore nursing careers. Previous roles include Program Manager at Case Western Reserve University, where Melissa facilitated interprofessional projects for over 500 students, and Coordinator for Civic Engagement at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, overseeing various community service programs. Additionally, Melissa has held positions in residence life and education, including Hall Director and teaching roles. Melissa holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from The Ohio State University.
