Joe Kelly is currently serving as the Director of Quality Systems for CMI at Abbott Rapid Diagnostics since January 2023. Previously, Joe held the position of Manager of R&D Quality Assurance at Abbott Molecular from July 2009 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing a team of Quality Engineers to ensure design control and on-market support for PLEX-ID projects and providing guidance throughout the design control process. Joe also worked as a Quality Project Manager, leading initiatives to enhance quality systems within the ADD Blueprint for Success Program, contributing to global manufacturing improvements. Earlier roles include serving in OEM/TPM Product Quality Assurance at Abbott Laboratories, focusing on quality support for medical devices.
