Kami Hawks

Kami Hawks, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources across various roles and companies. Currently serving as the Global Business Human Resources Head for Neuromodulation at Abbott since January 2017, Kami has also held positions such as Business Human Resources Director for Cardiac Rhythm Management and Cardiac Arrhythmias & Heart Failure within Abbott. Prior to joining Abbott, Kami was the Human Resources Director for the Americas Sales Division at St. Jude Medical and served as a Human Resources Business Unit Partner at Gartner. Kami's career at St. Jude Medical began in 2006, progressing from a Human Resources Associate to a Business Partner role. Earlier experience includes recruitment at Aerotek. Kami holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Kansas State University, attained between 1996 and 2000.
