Katherine Bracken

Katherine (Graham) Bracken, RD, LD, CNSC, currently serves as a Therapeutic Nutrition Specialist and Acute Care Sales Representative at Abbott since March 2024. Prior to this, Katherine worked as a Registered Dietitian and Clinical Liaison at MedPlus Infusion Pharmacy, where contributions included collaborating with healthcare teams to facilitate patient discharge, enhancing care coordination, and driving sales. Experience also encompasses a role at The George Washington University Hospital, where Katherine provided medical nutrition therapy across various units, taught lectures, and onboarded new dietitians. Earlier positions include dietetic internships and clinical roles at various institutions, with a focus on nutrition education, patient assessments, and the implementation of nutrition programs. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition-Dietetics from Auburn University and completed a Dietetic Internship Program at Loyola University Chicago.
