Leonid Sitailo

Leonid Sitailo, PhD, is currently a Principal Technician Quality at Abbott Molecular Inc. With extensive experience as a Senior Scientist, they have developed skills in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, and various analytical techniques, including PCR and FISH. Leonid served as a Research Assistant Professor at Loyola University Medical Center from 2000 to 2011, where they managed lab duties and conducted significant research on skin cancer. Their earlier roles include Research Scientist at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics in Ukraine and Visiting Scientist at the Institute of Plant Genetics, contributing to key advancements in molecular studies. Leonid holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and is pursuing an M.S. in the same field at Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.
