Mark Dahlby is a seasoned Regulatory Compliance Counsel with extensive experience in advising on FDA regulatory issues within the life sciences and healthcare sectors. They currently serve as Senior Counsel in Regulatory Affairs at Abbott, where they guide multiple business units on complex regulatory matters. Mark's previous roles include Chief FDA Regulatory and Healthcare Compliance Counsel at IBM, Senior Counsel at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, and Attorney at Hall Render Killian Heath & Lyman, among others. They hold a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.A. in Business Management and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
